Role Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant, known here as an Active Stylist, for our Brisbane DFO location. This position centers on building meaningful connections with customers by providing expert styling advice to elevate their activewear experience while driving sales and store success.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer personalized styling guidance that empowers customers to feel confident and best supported in their activewear choices.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by leveraging deep product knowledge to assist and upsell.
- Contribute actively to achieving store sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with visual merchandising, manage stock effectively, and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Bring consistent energy, professionalism, and authentic enthusiasm to every work shift.
