Role Overview

Join the Autobarn team as a Retail Sales Assistant and play an important role in supporting the team and delivering excellent service to our loyal customers. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will focus on superior customer service and contribute significantly towards meeting store sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and advice about products.
• Support store sales objectives and help achieve performance goals.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
• Assist with stock management, product merchandising, and inventory control.
• Adhere to all company policies, processes, and safety protocols.
