Role Purpose

Join the Autobarn team as a Retail Sales Assistant, providing critical support to both customers and colleagues. Reporting to the Store Manager, your main responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the accomplishment of store sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer excellent customer service and knowledgeable product guidance.
• Support the store in meeting sales and operational goals.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Help manage stock, merchandising, and inventory processes.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Strong organisational abilities and a robust work ethic.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
• A genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers.
• Basic computer proficiency.
