Role Overview

Join the Autobarn family as a Retail Sales Assistant, where your key responsibility will be to support both the dedicated team and our loyal customers. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will focus on delivering outstanding customer service while playing an integral role in meeting store sales and operational objectives. No prior automotive expertise is a strict requirement; instead, we seek individuals who embody Autobarn's values, demonstrate a passion for excellent service, and thrive in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Contribute actively towards achieving store sales and performance goals.
• Ensure the store is maintained in a clean, safe, and inviting manner.
• Support stock management, merchandising, and inventory control tasks.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
