Role Overview

Join Autobarn's family as a Retail Sales Assistant, focusing on exceptional customer service and team support to meet store sales and performance goals. This full-time, on-site position at Osborne Park, Western Australia, requires working closely under the Store Manager's guidance and contributing positively to the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and informed product recommendations.
• Help meet store sales objectives and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Support inventory management, merchandising, and stock control activities.
• Adhere to all organizational protocols, safety standards, and procedures.

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and organizational capabilities.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
