Position Overview

We are offering the position of Retail Partner with flexible work arrangements, including both work-from-home and office-based options. This opportunity is open to graduates aged between 22 and 55 years with basic English communication skills and access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection.

Eligibility and Onboarding Process

Candidates from any background can apply; however, those without prior insurance or team management experience must complete the necessary licensing and business assignment steps. The onboarding consists of an interview, IRDA examination training facilitated by company trainers, passing the IRDA licensing exam (with a fee of ₹614 post-interview selection), completing business and recruitment assignments, followed by official onboarding as a Retail Partner. Career advancement paths include progressing to Senior Retail Partner and Chief Retail Partner.
