About the Role
Bajaj Life Insurance Limited is seeking motivated individuals to join as Retail Partners with the flexibility of working from home or office-based. This role is ideal for graduates aged 22 to 55 interested in building and leading a team in insurance sales, even if they do not have prior experience in insurance.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop insurance advisors, agents, and sales professionals.
- Build and manage your own sales team.
- Activate and retain members within your team.
- Support team members to achieve business goals.

- Identify and expand your team by recruiting qualified candidates.

Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Aged between 22 and 55 years.

- Candidates new to insurance must complete IRDA examination training, licensing, and assignments.
Onboarding and Career Progression
The process includes: interview and selection, IRDA exam training (provided by company), IRDA licensing exam with a fee of ₹614 payable post-selection, completion of business assignments, recruitment and activation tasks, onboarding as Retail Partner, and opportunities for advancement to Senior Retail Partner and Chief Retail Partner.
