Selection and Onboarding Process

• Training for the IRDA licensing examination provided by the company's trainer.

• Completion of a business-related assignment is required.
• Fulfillment of recruitment and activation targets.
• Formal onboarding as a Retail Partner.
• Clear career advancement path from Retail Partner to Senior Retail Partner, and ultimately Chief Retail Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop insurance advisors, agents, and sales professionals.
• Establish, manage, and nurture a sales team.
• Activate and retain members within the team.

• Identify potential candidates to further expand the team.
• Mentor high-performing team members for leadership roles.
