About the Role
Bajaj Life Insurance Limited is offering an opportunity to work as a Retail Partner with flexible options for working from home or at an office. This role emphasizes team building, recruitment, and business development within the insurance sector.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age must be between 22 and 55 years.
- Graduation is mandatory.

Selection and Onboarding Process
- Initial interview and selection.
- Training for the IRDA licensing examination provided by the company's trainer.
- After selection, candidates must pay the IRDA exam licensing fee of ₹614.
- Completion of a business-related assignment is required.
- Fulfillment of recruitment and activation targets.
- Formal onboarding as a Retail Partner.
- Clear career advancement path from Retail Partner to Senior Retail Partner, and ultimately Chief Retail Partner.
