About the Role

Bajaj Life Insurance Limited is offering an opportunity to work as a Retail Partner with flexible options for working from home or at an office. This role emphasizes team building, recruitment, and business development within the insurance sector.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age must be between 22 and 55 years.
  • Graduation is mandatory.

Selection and Onboarding Process

  • Initial interview and selection.
  • Training for the IRDA licensing examination provided by the company's trainer.
  • After selection, candidates must pay the IRDA exam licensing fee of ₹614.
  • Completion of a business-related assignment is required.
  • Fulfillment of recruitment and activation targets.
  • Formal onboarding as a Retail Partner.
  • Clear career advancement path from Retail Partner to Senior Retail Partner, and ultimately Chief Retail Partner.
