About the Role

Join Bajaj Life Insurance Limited as a Retail Partner with the flexibility of working from home or from an office location in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This position is open for candidates aged between 22 and 55 years who hold at least a graduation degree. Prior experience in insurance is not mandatory, but successful candidates must clear the licensing exam after comprehensive training provided by the company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors, agents, and sales professionals.
• Manage and build a productive team, ensuring activation and retention of team members.
• Support team members to meet and exceed business targets.
• Expand the team by identifying and recruiting potential candidates.
• Nurture high-performing team members for leadership advancement.
• Regularly provide motivation, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Work to increase overall team productivity and business growth.

Selection and Onboarding Process

• Candidate interview and selection.
• Completion of IRDA examination training led by an official trainer.
• Passing the IRDA licensing exam (a fee of ₹614 applies after successful interview selection).
• Fulfilment of business assignment goals.
• Completion of recruitment and activation assignment targets.
• Formal onboarding as a Retail Partner.
• Opportunities for career advancement through defined growth stages including ARP, Senior Retail Partner, and Chief Retail Partner.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Age requirement: 22 to 55 years.
• A minimum educational qualification of graduation.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Mandatory possession of a smartphone with internet access.

• Completion of licensing process mandatory for those without prior insurance experience.
