About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and confident customer service by understanding and advising on products effectively.
- Gain skills in adjusting frames, assisting customers with fittings, and performing minor repairs on eyewear.
- Support the pre-screening processes for eye tests utilizing the latest optical technology.
- Maintain smooth store operations through various administrative and support duties.
