Role Overview
Become a valued part of Vision Express, a leader in optical retail and med-tech innovation, delivering outstanding customer service in a retail eye care environment. You'll engage with premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Meta, Oakley, Prada, and Nuance while supporting eye health and style.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, confident advice and support to customers regarding our eyewear products.
- Learn frame adjustments, assist with fitting glasses, and perform minor repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with pre-screening eye tests using cutting-edge optical technology.
- Manage store administration and support activities to maintain efficient daily operations.
Candidate Profile
- Friendly and assured in communicating with customers, actively recommending suitable products.
- Genuine interest in eyewear fashion and comfort with using digital technologies.
- A motivated team player who approaches work with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Excellent listening and communication skills to assess and meet customer needs thoughtfully.
