Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised and confident customer service along with expert product recommendations.
- Acquire skills to adjust eyeglass frames, assist customers during fittings, and perform minor repairs.
- Assist in pre-screening eye tests by operating the latest optical technologies.
- Contribute to efficient store operations through administrative and support duties.
