Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain attractive product displays, including end caps, to draw shopper attention.
• Reset shelves by rotating products efficiently to keep inventory fresh and appealing.
• Track inventory levels to help stores and suppliers capitalize on sales opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable engaging with customers and store management with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as moving, bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Possess reliable transportation for commuting.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, customers, and team members.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to take initiative and achieve results.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a safety-first approach in a retail setting during all job activities.
