Role Overview

As a Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will foster a welcoming and friendly environment, aiming to surpass customer expectations consistently. Your goal is to ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience that makes Spendless memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold and demonstrate the Spendless Way daily.
• Implement the 4C's of Customer Care effectively.
• Achieve and contribute to sales targets.
• Maintain company merchandising standards with optimal product rotation and presentation.
• Manage administrative tasks and enforce company policies.
• Collaborate as a proactive team member, embodying Spendless values.

Attributes and Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in cash handling and EFTPOS processes.
• Knowledge of stock management, replenishment, and merchandising techniques.
• Understanding of sales budgets and key performance indicators is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Driven, motivated to succeed, confident and personable personality.
• Passion for fashion footwear is essential.

Working Schedule and Environment
