Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Retail Assistant Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold a welcoming environment. Your main objective is to surpass customers’ service expectations every day, making their visit to Spendless memorable. As a pivotal member of the store sales team, you will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service.

• Maintain and uphold merchandising standards of the company.
• Manage the proper rotation and attractive presentation of products.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Competent with cash handling and EFTPOS transactions.
• Knowledgeable in stock management, replenishment, and merchandising practices.
• Understanding of sales targets and key performance indicators is advantageous.
• Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced and challenging work settings.
• Strong personal motivation with a desire to succeed.
• Friendly, confident demeanor.
• A passion for fashion footwear is essential.
