About the Role
Join Woolworths Group as a Retail Assistant specializing in replenishment at our Katikati store in New Zealand. This temporary onsite role involves delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations and maintaining high standards of store presentation to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer engagement by being approachable and addressing customer inquiries and concerns swiftly.
- Ensure product availability by consistently replenishing stock, with a focus on essentials and fresh produce, maintaining quality, proper rotation, and appealing presentation.
- Collaborate with the store team to support smooth daily operations, including keeping the store clean and well-organized.
- Adhere to safety procedures, report any hazards, and comply with all company policies and legal standards.
Candidate Profile
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing personalized and high-quality service that fosters loyalty.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions.
- Upholds integrity and professionalism, demonstrating alignment with company values.
- Pays close attention to detail and proactively communicates issues to management when necessary.
- Availability to work flexible shifts between 4:30pm and 6:30am.
