Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that enhances the shopping experience through personalized engagement and swift resolution of inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in daily store operations by meeting customer needs attentively.
• Maintain excellent store presentation, ensuring clean, organized shelves and monitoring product freshness and stock quality.
• Implement promotional displays and signage correctly, aligning with campaigns and ensuring accurate point-of-sale materials.
