Role Overview
We are seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for the Macquarie store to collaborate with the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the retail team. The role emphasizes cultivating a motivated and high-performance culture, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting store operations and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Drive a customer-centric culture by delivering outstanding and seamless service in every interaction.
- Assist the Store Manager in motivating, training, and guiding the team through hands-on leadership.
- Partner with store leadership to optimize store performance and profitability.
- Encourage and motivate sales teams to meet and exceed sales goals and key business metrics.
- Support operational excellence including staff scheduling and handling back-of-house administrative tasks.
- Work a roster from Sunday to Thursday.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail environment.
- Capable of leading and mentoring teams to success with a supportive management style.
- Strong commercial insight with demonstrated ability to surpass sales targets, control wage costs, and manage stock shrinkage aligned with budget goals.
- Attention to detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
- Experience handling large stock volumes and managing inventory.
- Alignment with Seed Heritage’s values and a genuine enthusiasm to be part of the brand.
- Skilled in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships through exceptional service.
