Seed Heritage is expanding its retail presence and is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for the Bondi store to join its dynamic team. This position involves supporting the Store Manager in cultivating a motivated team culture and delivering an exceptional customer experience characterized by deep product knowledge, sophisticated sales techniques, and lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment ensuring every interaction is memorable and seamless.
• Assist the Store Manager in team engagement through continuous training, coaching, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with leadership to build a profitable and efficient store operation.
• Inspire the team to consistently achieve sales targets and key performance metrics.
• Contribute to operational excellence by managing employee schedules and overseeing back-of-house administrative duties.
• Work according to a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail environment.
• Supportive and motivating leadership style with a focus on team mentorship and success.
• Strong commercial insight to surpass sales, labor, and shrinkage KPIs aligned with budget goals.
• Keen attention to detail coupled with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Comfortable handling large stock volumes and comprehensive stock management.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage's values and a genuine enthusiasm for the brand.
• Ability to create and maintain customer loyalty by providing outstanding service.
