Role Overview

The Store Manager role at our Bondi concept store offers an exciting chance to lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of engagement and high performance. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with State Leadership to drive store profitability and operational success.
• Inspire the team to achieve sales goals and business KPIs.
• Oversee operational excellence including roster management and backend administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum two years managing a busy, high-volume fashion retail store.
• Proven leadership skills managing medium to large teams in fast-paced retail environments.
• Strong commercial insight, consistently surpassing sales, wage, and shrinkage targets aligned with budgets.
• Attention to detail coupled with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Experience handling substantial stock volumes and inventory control.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage’s values and an earnest desire to contribute to the brand’s success.
• Ability to cultivate customer loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
