Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver speedy, precise, and customer-friendly checkout service, including scanning, packing, and managing refunds.
- Foster positive customer interactions by responding to inquiries and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Support cash management functions such as banking duties, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain high store standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, uniform adherence, and enforcing safety protocols.
- Offer suggestions and feedback to improve customer service quality and overall experience.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Exhibit outstanding customer service skills; be approachable, polite, and helpful at all times.
- Demonstrate speed and accuracy within a fast-moving environment, including proficient cash handling.
