Responsibilities

• Excel in a retail, customer-facing environment by meeting individual sales targets contributing to the success of the store.
• Complete all administrative duties related to the role accurately and within the required deadlines.
• Deliver consistently excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Keep up-to-date with new Vodafone products and services via partner support and internal trainings to confidently assist customers.
• Take ownership of customer queries, managing them professionally and positively through to resolution.
• Maintain strong store standards including cleanliness and organization to provide a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Strong customer orientation with the capability to resolve client issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to a variety of audiences.
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and proactive with a vibrant and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts aligned with store hours.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
• Interest in technology, mobile devices, or telecommunications.
• Awareness of sales targets or performance metrics with a desire to learn and improve.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of workplace presentation and organization.
• Comfortable using digital tools and systems to support daily work tasks.
