Main Responsibilities

• Greet all customers warmly with a friendly smile to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Deliver timely, friendly, and accurate service to guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Address basic customer questions and escalate complex inquiries to management as needed.
• Maintain food preparation and storage areas in compliance with Health & Safety and audit requirements.
• Perform and document temperature checks following company protocols.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning routines as outlined in the cleaning schedule.
• Uphold standards related to food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Follow managerial instructions and meet restaurant performance standards at all workstations.
• Contribute positively to restaurant targets and goals through effective teamwork.
• Keep customer-facing and kitchen areas clean and well-stocked to ensure comfort and convenience.
• Promptly report any work-related injuries, illnesses, or near misses.
• Adhere strictly to operational procedures, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

Candidate Requirements

We seek individuals with prior experience in customer service within fast-paced environments who can communicate effectively and focus on customer satisfaction. Applicants must have a flexible schedule to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
