Responsibilities

• Procure general and specialized equipment, materials, and business-related services necessary for daily operations.
• Analyze the establishment's needs to create detailed specifications for required purchases.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with various suppliers to obtain competitive offers.
• Cultivate and maintain ongoing consultation with suppliers for procurement efficiency.
• Recruit, instruct, and oversee the procurement team members as needed.
• Evaluate supplier quotations to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
• Define contractual terms and conditions for supply agreements.
• Develop and enforce delivery timelines for purchased goods and services.
• Track and supervise the progress and adherence to the scheduled deliveries.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience ranging from one year to less than two years in a purchasing or related role.
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
