About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at a quick service restaurant (QSR) outlet located in Ahmedabad or nearby cities such as Rajkot, Anand, and Surat. This position requires leadership in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining smooth restaurant functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure seamless day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage point-of-sale systems, billing procedures, and handle financial transactions with accuracy
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards and address any customer escalations promptly
- Supervise and coordinate staff schedules to optimize workflow
- Train team members and enforce adherence to standard operating procedures
- Track performance indicators and provide regular reports to management
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environments is mandatory
- Strong leadership abilities and proven skills in team management
- Proactive and hands-on approach to operational management
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range from ₹18,000 to ₹24,000 monthly, depending on experience
