Cafe Staff / Chef

About the Role

Join Panchtatva Foods, a growing player in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) burger space, as a Cafe Staff member, Commis Chef, or Kitchen Staff. This role is based in Gujarat with openings at Surat, Ahmedabad, and Anand locations. Your primary duties will revolve around food preparation, customer service, and maintaining high hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes following company guidelines.
• Serve customers with food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Take customer orders and ensure a high level of service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in the dining area, kitchen, and tables.
• Perform clearing and cleaning of tables after service.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety norms.
• Support smooth outlet functioning during peak business hours.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in cafes, QSRs, restaurants, or fast-food kitchens is preferred.
• Enthusiastic beginners with a passion for cooking and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of food prep and kitchen hygiene practices is necessary.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Capability to operate effectively under the fast tempo typical of QSR environments.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as dictated by business needs.

Working Schedule & Conditions

• Weekend work is mandatory due to peak customer flow on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Employees will receive four days off monthly, typically scheduled between Monday and Friday according to outlet rostering.

Additional Details

• Positions: Commis Chef / Kitchen Chef, Kitchen Helper, Cafe Staff, Service Staff.
• Locations: Surat, Ahmedabad, Anand (Gujarat).
• Salary Range: INR 10,000 to 16,000 per month.
