About the Role

As a Patrao, which means the head of the family and is the title given to our Restaurant Managers, you'll lead your team by setting an inspiring example and fostering unforgettable experiences for both guests and staff. You'll take ownership of restaurant operations as if it were your own.

- An experienced leader or someone with prior management experience; fast casual dining background is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Highly organized with the ability to efficiently run operations while inspiring and developing your team.
- Motivated by empowering others and adept at problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Mandatory Requirements
- Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Australia or New Zealand and be at least 18 years old to supervise a restaurant.
- Must use all Nando’s ingredients during operation and acquire necessary certifications such as liquor license accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation according to regional laws.
