Restaurant Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations at By The Bay, located on the rooftop of Pacific Mall, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi. This role demands leadership in daily operations, staff coordination, inventory control, guest management, and collaboration with the social media team to enhance restaurant presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure restaurant efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee smooth daily functioning of the restaurant, including managing staff and stock.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and handle customer interactions professionally.
• Manage inventory and related stock activities effectively to maintain adequate supplies.
• Lead and coordinate teams, including social media, to foster operational harmony and brand awareness.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of five years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager with hands-on management skills.
• Proficient in establishing and adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Strong capabilities in guest service and staff management.
• Inventory management expertise.
• Effective coordination with social media teams.
• Fluency in Hindi and excellent spoken English are mandatory.
• Diploma qualification is required.

• Salary Range: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month
• Working Hours: 10.5-hour rotational shifts
