Key Responsibilities as Restaurant Manager

• Lead and inspire a team ranging from 20 to 50 members to foster engagement and professional growth.
• Oversee business operations including staff rostering, recruitment, stock management, and ensuring regulatory compliance with support from Area Managers.
• Support team development through regular feedback, performance evaluations, and talent pipeline management.
• Manage financial performance by monitoring profit & loss, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Champion the Local Matters program by building relationships with community groups to enhance impact.

Assistant Restaurant Manager Role

• Partner with the Restaurant Manager to inspire, motivate, and guide the team effectively.
• Engage directly in hands-on activities including food preparation, floor management, and team support.
• Maintain rigorous standards of safety, food quality, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive team performance by achieving targets and celebrating successes.
• Facilitate growth through workshops, training sessions, and ongoing learning opportunities enabling team members to master various functions.
