Position Overview

This role is for a Restaurant Manager position at a McDonald's-operated establishment managed by an independent franchisee in Macon, GA. Note that employment is directly with the franchisee, who handles all aspects of hiring, supervision, and staffing, not McDonald's USA. This opportunity includes a potential monthly bonus of up to $2,500.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in operating a profitable restaurant while ensuring that McDonald’s high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are consistently met. You will be partnering with your leader to establish and implement goals to drive restaurant success.

You will lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set and reach their departmental targets while providing continuous coaching and direction. Your leadership will be key in improving not only individual departments but the overall restaurant performance. Additionally, hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline is part of the responsibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager at a high-volume location is preferred.
• A background in quick service restaurants is highly desirable, with hospitality or retail experience also considered valuable.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a management role in corporate-owned restaurants.
