Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations efficiently, ensuring smooth function.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in team management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, scheduling, and addressing employee concerns.
- Maintain high standards in food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
- Assist in inventory management by placing stock orders with suppliers.
- Perform office tasks such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll processing, and policy review.
- Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, dining space, and overall restaurant environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and train staff on workplace safety protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as an assistant restaurant manager.
