Your Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 20 to 50 employees to achieve engagement and performance goals.
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, hiring, inventory control, and compliance with Area Manager guidance.
- Support your team’s growth through ongoing check-ins, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Oversee financial targets by controlling profit and loss, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Champion local community involvement by managing the Local Matters program.
