Resource Planner

Role Overview

We are seeking a Resource Planner to join our team at Red Sea Gateway Terminal in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will coordinate workforce schedules, support operations, and manage resource planning to ensure efficient project execution and operational success.

Responsibilities and Key Duties

• Develop and implement resource and workforce planning strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate scheduling activities and assist in project coordination to meet delivery timelines.
• Provide operational support by monitoring resources and adjusting allocations as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Engineering or Project Management.
• Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in resource planning, workforce planning, scheduling, project coordination, or operational support.
• Demonstrable strong analytical and planning capabilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of scheduling and forecasting techniques.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise across teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Meticulous attention to detail in work processes.

Technical Skills and Tools

• Experience using Microsoft Excel extensively.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as MenaMe and Oracle.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project for project scheduling.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Competence with workforce management software tools.
