Reset Merchandiser - Southeast

About the Role

Join Acosta’s retail merchandising team in Fort Myers, FL, supporting a top grocery retailer in the Southeast. This full-time position offers hands-on, physically engaging work involving the implementation of store layouts and merchandising execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately execute reset and remodel projects by following planograms.
• Handle shelf movements, cleaning, installation of racks and fixtures, and product merchandising.
• Properly place shelf tags and strips while maintaining planogram standards.
• Manage pack-outs, restocking, and reorder processes.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure merchandising excellence.
• Use web-based tools for schedule management, assignments, timekeeping, mileage tracking, and expense reporting.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience interpreting and working with planograms is required.
• Previous grocery reset experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 60 lbs.
• Comfort using smartphones and handheld devices.
• Availability of reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple stores.
• Capability to safely use hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and box cutters.
• Comfortable climbing and standing on ladders or step stools as necessary.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Access to computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Consistent Monday to Thursday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, allowing for early day completion.
• Many teams offer a 4-day work week.
