Job Overview
Join Vodafone in Doha, Qatar as a Research & Telesurvey Advisor, where you will be pivotal in executing tele-surveys, interviews, and other data collection activities using approved research methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out telephonic surveys, interviews, and questionnaires following established research practices.
- Interact professionally with respondents to ensure accurate capture of their responses and relevant data.
- Analyze survey questionnaires and research needs to correctly implement assigned survey projects.
- Conduct background research and gather necessary data to support specific research and survey tasks.
- Track survey progress against agreed timelines, response targets, and completion criteria.
- Compile regular reports documenting response rates, completion status, and significant findings.
- Evaluate, validate, categorize, and log survey data to guarantee its completeness and reliability for analysis.
- Detect data inconsistencies or quality issues, coordinating follow-up actions to resolve them.
- Assist survey interviewers by providing guidance on methodologies, questionnaires, and data collection procedures as needed.
- Maintain thorough records of survey operations, including respondent details, data collected, and project status.
- Perform additional assignments delegated by the Line Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Have 3 to 4 years experience in telesurvey, telemarketing, customer service, or call center functions.
- Preferably experienced in market research, telesurvey, sales, or roles involving customer interactions.
- Familiarity with survey tools, including CATI systems and other data collection technologies.
- Understand basic market research concepts, survey designs, and structured data gathering methods.
- Proven skills in accurately capturing, recording, validating, and safeguarding survey data confidentiality.
- Adept at working with survey quotas, scripts, and defined protocols, quickly adapting to new tools and research requirements.
