Role Overview

We are seeking a Research Fellow specializing in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design, with a focus on the innovation of analog in-memory computing macros targeted at AI accelerator technologies. Candidates with experience in chip tape-outs and industry exposure will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of analog in-memory computing macros.
• Oversee the development of analog-to-digital converters.
• Manage the creation and development of test chips.
• Coordinate testing procedures for developed test chips.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a PhD in integrated circuit design or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated 2 to 3 years of relevant industrial experience or hands-on technical expertise in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• Acquaintance with academic research settings.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with standard industry design software and tape-out workflows.
• Ability to effectively present technical information.
