Replenishment Operations Specialist

About the Role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as a Replenishment Operations Specialist in Ashburton, Canterbury. As part of a team serving over three million New Zealanders weekly through more than 185 stores, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational flow and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain process flows for a designated workstream to ensure efficiency and process integrity.
• Work collaboratively with your Team Leader and team members, utilizing a "swarm" approach to optimize task completion.
• Lead operational activities including shelf filling, stock delivery management, and compliance with stocking standards.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and foster a safe and healthy workplace environment for your teams.
• Address shelf management, packaging prioritization, and overstock control to maintain store standards.
• Promptly escalate any process-related issues to Function Leads for resolution.
• Support store leadership by acting as Store Manager during scheduled shifts and encourage collaborative team engagement through initiatives like "Better Together".

Candidate Profile

• Strong commitment to process excellence and continuous learning mindset.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships across different functions and stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership skills including delegation, progress monitoring, coaching, feedback delivery, and motivation.
• Expertise in compliance standards within operational functions paired with excellent communication skills.
• Alignment with company values in everyday actions.
• Availability to work four weekend shifts monthly and at least one evening shift per week.

• Option 1 roster:
  Tuesday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  Wednesday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  Thursday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
