Job Overview
The Repairs Coordinator role is pivotal in organizing and managing New Zealand's repairs operations within Gallagher. Acting as a central communication point, the coordinator ensures seamless interaction between customers, Customer Services, Repair Technicians, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams. This hands-on role encompasses managing repair workflows from intake to invoicing and shipment, overseeing customer quotes, handling spare parts and stock movements, as well as maintaining accurate records and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise the entire repair process including SAP data entry, labelling, documentation, invoicing, and dispatch logistics.
- Manage customer quotes, follow-up communications, and facilitate trade-up opportunities.
- Handle spare parts processing, stock transfers, and address rework requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and currency of information within CRM systems, spreadsheets, and related platforms.
- Coordinate loan equipment units and assist with quarterly inventory stock-taking.
- Collaborate closely with Repair Technicians, Customer Service representatives, Sales, and Warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as a cordial and professional first contact for customers both at the front desk and via telephone.
