About the Role and Company

The EA SPORTS UFC team based in Vancouver, British Columbia, is dedicated to crafting the world's top fighting game. This role focuses on contributing to high-fidelity visuals and graphics technology across platforms.
Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain rendering features, engine components, and auxiliary tools.
- Investigate and apply cutting-edge real-time rendering techniques to enhance visuals.
- Collaborate closely with Art and Design departments to translate artistic vision into technical rendering solutions.
- Identify, debug, profile, and optimize CPU and GPU performance to improve efficiency and quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of three years professional experience writing C++ software.
- At least two years working with real-time rendering engines.
- Proficient in graphics APIs such as DirectX 12, Vulkan, Metal, or comparable technologies.
- Experience with graphic debugging, profiling, multi-threading, memory management, and development for PC or console platforms.
- Proven skills in developing or integrating real-time rendering methods.
- Familiarity using AI-assisted development tools for accelerating prototypes, coding automation, and workflow optimization, along with the ability to critically assess AI-generated code.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range in British Columbia from $104,500 to $142,800 CAD depending on location and candidate profile.

- Potential eligibility for bonuses and incentive programs based on role.
