Position Summary

Pulse is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Remote Data Entry Administrator to assist with daily business functions. This entry-level role involves data input, record maintenance, document organization, spreadsheet updates, and routine administrative tasks. No prior work experience is needed as training will be provided. This opportunity suits recent graduates, career changers, workforce returnees, and first-time remote workers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Input data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal platforms accurately and consistently.
  • Create and update digital records based on authorized source information.
  • Transfer data from physical forms and digital files into systems.
  • Review data entries for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure uniform formatting and perform routine updates and corrections.
  • Maintain organized and accessible electronic records and archives.
