Job Overview
We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team as remote Data Annotation Specialists supporting projects based out of Berlin. This full-time position involves creating, reviewing, and ensuring the quality of labeled datasets that help train advanced AI and machine learning models across natural language processing, computer vision, and content moderation domains.
Primary Duties
- Annotate and examine text, images, audio, and video datasets strictly following project-specific guidelines.
- Conduct quality assurance tasks including spot checks, identifying errors, and applying corrections to uphold dataset standards.
- Engage in ranking and evaluation tasks related to reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), prompt assessment, and large language model (LLM) rubric evaluations.
- Execute various NLP-oriented tasks like classification, summarization evaluation, and identifying named entities.
- Assist with computer vision activities such as drawing bounding boxes, polygons, keypoints, and tagging attributes.
- Label content for safety purposes, flagging sensitive or policy-relevant material as necessary.
- Report edge cases, suggest clarifications to annotation guidelines, and work to minimize inconsistencies across annotations.
- Utilize labeling software efficiently, meet productivity and quality targets, and promptly communicate any obstacles encountered during work in a remote environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Significant experience at mid to senior levels in data annotation, labeling, quality assurance evaluation, or related AI data operations roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong analytical skills for handling ambiguous data.
- Preferable knowledge of RLHF processes, prompt evaluations, and LLM training workflows.
- Proven capability in adhering to annotation guidelines and contributing to the maintenance of high training data quality.
