Role Responsibilities

As an AI Generalist, you will play an essential part in driving enhancements to model performance through content safety annotation, named entity recognition, and rigorous large language model training processes. Your daily work will cover various AI domains such as natural language processing, computer vision, and quality assurance evaluations. You will ensure strict adherence to annotation guidelines and collaborate globally with AI labs and technology startups.

Core Duties

• Conduct comprehensive data labeling across multiple AI domains.
• Participate in RLHF activities to improve model accuracy and responses.
• Perform detailed named entity recognition to support training pipelines.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for factual correctness.
• Carry out complex quality assurance evaluations aligned with established annotation protocols.
• Work closely with industry-leading AI organizations to maintain high-quality training data standards.
• Adapt between entry-level NLP annotation and senior-level prompt evaluation tasks.
