Job description
Overview
Our client, a leading global relocation company, is seeking experienced Relocation Consultants to join their Destination Services team in London. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days in the office and the remaining days working remotely from home. The position is available immediately, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to an expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve invoices from suppliers to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver detailed status reports tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate property check-ins and check-outs with inventory clerks and landlord agents.
- Negotiate and manage tenancy agreements directly for relocating employees.
- Oversee multiple relocation cases, ensuring regular communication and follow-ups with clients.
- Manage all aspects of relocation activities including home search services, tenancy management, lease negotiations, lettings, cleaning services, inventory clerks, landlord agents, and dilapidation settlements.
- Provide comprehensive support for all relocation and destination services components, focusing particularly on property-related services such as tenancy management and lettings.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Relocation or Destination Services Provider (DSP) roles.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
