Position Overview
This full-time, on-site role based in Doncaster, Victoria involves a fixed-term contract of 6 to 12 months, working 5 days out of 7. The salary offered is £28,000 per annum plus bonuses.
Role Summary
This opportunity is designed for individuals who are driven, disciplined, ambitious, and structured but might not yet have direct experience in recruitment. As a Recruitment Account Coordinator, you will support temporary staffing operations for a successful warehousing client in Thorne, focusing on delivering excellent service to clients and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting client recruitment deadlines by fulfilling staffing requirements.
- Handling recruitment, selection, and onboarding of temporary workers.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and validation to support weekly payroll processing.
- Managing administrative duties such as handling absences and processing requests for changes.
- Upholding compliance standards and maintaining secure records for audit purposes.
- Providing an excellent customer experience and resolving worker queries efficiently.
