The company primarily assists multinational corporations and their expatriate employees with both domestic and international relocations. Their offerings include household goods transportation, customs clearance, pet relocation, settlement support, destination services, packing and moving, city orientation, home and school search, real estate and facilities management, serviced accommodation, along with tax advisory and cross-cultural training services.
Role Overview
As a Relocation Consultant based in Chennai, you will act as the primary contact for assignees and corporate clients throughout their relocation journey. You will handle the entire process from advising on company policies to the successful closure of relocation cases.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between assignees and corporate clients, managing multiple relocation cases concurrently.
- Coordinate services such as home and school searches, temporary housing, immigration procedures, and transportation arrangements.
- Oversee vendor relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of relocation services.
- Address client escalations promptly and implement proactive problem-solving measures.
- Maintain thorough case trackers, management information systems (MIS), and documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies to enhance service quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in areas like Relocation, Global Mobility, Destination Services, Hospitality, Travel, or client-facing roles.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exhibit strong ownership, problem-solving aptitudes, and coordination abilities.
- Be comfortable utilizing MIS and reporting tools.
