Role Description and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between assignees and corporate clients throughout the relocation process.
- Oversee complete management of relocation cases from advising on policy to finalizing case closure.
- Coordinate various relocation services including home and school search, temporary housing, immigration support, and transportation arrangements.
- Supervise relationships with vendors and internal departments to guarantee efficient and quality service delivery.
- Address client escalations promptly and devise proactive solutions to challenges.
- Maintain detailed documentation, case tracking, and management information systems with meticulous attention.
- Identify areas where processes could be enhanced and support initiatives to improve service efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Relocation, Global Mobility, Destination Services, Hospitality, Travel, or client-facing roles.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exhibits strong skills in managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Able to juggle multiple relocation cases simultaneously without compromising on accuracy or detail.
- Shows a high level of ownership, with effective problem-solving and coordination capabilities.
- Comfortable working with MIS and reporting tools for tracking progress and outcomes.
Additional Information
Location for this role is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The position is on-site and full time. Candidates ready to join immediately or within a 30-day notice period will be preferred.
