Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and assuring presence on the retail floor.
• Deliver high-quality customer service consistently.
• Prevent theft, manage antisocial behaviour, and address public order concerns.
• Conduct frequent patrols within the store premises.
• Utilize CCTV systems to monitor and minimize crime and inventory loss.
• Coordinate closely with store management teams.
• Collaborate with police forces and local crime networks.
• Use Body Worn CCTV devices to enhance onsite safety.

Essential Requirements

• Possession of a valid SIA licence or willingness to undertake training (support with training may be available).
• Complete and verifiable employment or education history for the past five years is mandatory for vetting purposes.
• A proactive mindset, maintaining professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
