Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

Join Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services as a Customer Service Advisor based at our Atlas Business Park location in Manchester. This permanent full-time position involves working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role entails responding promptly to customer requests in line with contractual and procedural guidelines to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be supporting clients with a range of hard and soft facilities management services including plumbing, electrical works, telecoms, and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

You will build and maintain constructive relationships with new and returning customers, providing empathetic and professional support. Administrative duties related to customer service processes will require attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other in-house systems. Achieving call handling targets and maintaining high-quality responses will be critical to exceeding customer expectations and supporting contract delivery.
