Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong connections with merchant clients to drive business growth and provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to 10-12 merchants within the assigned portfolio.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with merchant clients.
- Promote and generate business opportunities around products such as Soundbox and POS terminals from the merchant portfolio.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives including loans, savings accounts, and insurance products each month in the market.
- Provide continuous service and support to portfolio merchants ensuring satisfaction.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 48,000.
