Loan Officer

Overview

Axis Bank Pvt Ltd is hiring a proactive Loan Officer to join their team in Dehradun. This role involves actively engaging customers to sell a range of loan products including credit cards, personal loans, business loans, home loans, and gold loans, along with promoting POS Machines such as QR, sound boxes, and card swipe machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential borrowers through cold calling, references, and field visits.
• Clearly communicate loan options and application procedures to clients.
• Gather and authenticate all necessary loan documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate loan approval and disbursement processes as well as address customer queries.
• Ensure consistent follow-up and maintain high standards of client service to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed designated monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep comprehensive records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• At least 6 months experience selling home loans or other financial products like mortgages, credit cards, and loans.
• In-depth understanding of home loan offerings, eligibility, and document requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Capable of working autonomously in a goal-driven environment.
• Educational qualification: graduation in any discipline preferred; additional certifications related to the field are advantageous.
